Terms of service

The rules for using Revinta, buying it, and cancelling it.

⚠ Requires owner and legal review before commercial launch

These terms describe the product as it actually works. They are not reviewed legal text. Before selling Revinta, the operator must complete every [OWNER TO COMPLETE] marker and have a qualified adviser confirm the terms are suitable for their business.

1. Who you are contracting with

Revinta is operated by Trigger Interactive. Revinta is the product; Trigger Interactive is the company behind it. When you purchase Revinta Full Version, the transaction is processed by Whop as the marketplace, under the Whop seller's terms of sale. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: registered company name, registration number, registered address, and the contact address for notices.]

2. What Revinta is — and is not

Revinta is a manual lead and follow-up management tool. It helps you record enquiries, decide who to contact next, prepare messages, and record what happened.

3. Accounts

You need a Whop account to use Revinta. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email address current, since your license access is tied to your Whop identity. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not create an account for someone else.

4. Monthly subscription and renewal

Revinta Full is offered for $5 USD every 30 days through Whop. The plan automatically renews until cancelled. The actual checkout confirms the billing interval, final price and any applicable tax. There is no free trial unless one is explicitly stated at checkout.

A verified active subscription grants access to the included hosted application during the provider-reported paid-through period, subject to these Terms. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not remove already-paid access unless Whop indicates a refund, chargeback or revocation. The subscription does not transfer software copyright. An internet connection is required. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: specific hosting continuity and software support commitment, license transfer/seats/device policy, and business address.]

No Free/Pro tiers exist. The public Demo uses fictional data. The full product has a technical capacity limit of 50,000 leads per workspace, not a per-tier limit.

Revinta preserves user records when subscriptions end; data-export and deletion paths must remain available as documented in the application.

5. Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks

Cancel your recurring payment in your Whop account. The cancel action is managed by Whop, not by deleting your Revinta account. Confirm the effective date in Whop. Your full workspace remains available until the verified end of your paid-through period, unless a refund or revocation ends it sooner.

Whop processes purchases and refunds. Customers can contact the seller through their Whop purchase. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: refund timeframe, eligibility, contact address and mandatory consumer-rights disclosures for target jurisdictions.]

A refunded, reversed, expired or otherwise revoked subscription ends paid workspace access after server verification. Revinta does not erase leads simply because purchase access is revoked. Data export and deletion remain subject to the applicable privacy policy.

6. Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. Revinta stores it in your own account, scoped so no other customer can read it, and Revinta staff have no routine access to it. Exporting or deleting it is available from Settings → Data & privacy, and — importantly — remains available after purchase access is revoked, so that a customer whose access has closed can still take their records with them. See the Privacy page for detail.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Revinta to:

Public enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limited. Submitting through a form does not buy you the right to message the business repeatedly.

8. Availability and changes

Revinta is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not offer an uptime SLA unless a separate written agreement says so.

Updates and continued hosting. The subscription connects to a remotely hosted service that requires ongoing operation. We may change or discontinue features. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: service continuity, shutdown notice and data export policy.]

Material changes to the hosted service will be communicated where practicable. Any legal remedies remain subject to applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may request data deletion at any time. A completed refund, chargeback or expired paid period revokes paid workspace access; your data remains exportable either way. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 7, or where required by law. On termination for breach we will tell you why.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revinta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Revinta is a record-keeping and prioritisation aid; it is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not guarantee that any recorded outcome is correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Trigger Interactive nor Revinta is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: legally appropriate liability cap for a $5 recurring subscription.] Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Third parties

Revinta relies on Whop (authentication and payment), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and, if you enable reminders, an email delivery provider. Their services are governed by their own terms. A link to a third-party service is not an endorsement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER TO COMPLETE: jurisdiction], and the courts of [OWNER TO COMPLETE: venue] have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. If you continue using Revinta after a change, you accept it. If you disagree, you can delete your data and stop using the service.
